Price for homes is most definitely on the rise in Athmar Park. The
new starting points seems to be about $285,000 for an average looking
house which still needs updates. Homes that have been worked on or are
larger in space are starting at about $300,000 and going up from there.

Prime
example of a property being overpriced and sitting on the market is 548
S Canosa Court listed at $549,900. This is more than the two new
constructions homes that are now both under contract with starting price
points of $499,000.

Of the 7 homes sold in March 6 of them sold at asking price or above. 
The
average days on the market before going under contract was 5 days! So
expect to get plenty of offers quickly once you do put your home on the
market.

Still a sellers market & we are seeing more homes coming to the market than earlier in the year. 

With the average home in Denver Metro starting at $439K, Athmar Park is a steal for remodeled homes starting at about $300K.

    Club: Weekly Wednesday meet beginning at Chain Reaction Brewing at
    6:30 PM where we will embark on a 5k (or less) run (or walk) returning to
    the brewery for a well deserved beer. All skill levels are welcome to
    participate at your own level of comfort.
  • Volleyball
    in The Park: Weekly Thursday at Huston Lake Park on the East End
    at 6:00pm Neighborhood Volleyball! All levels of play are
    represented and new-comers always receive a warm welcome. Spectators, and
    socializers are always present and enjoy themselves too, so come meet us
    in the park to kick off the weekend!
